Konstantin Tserazov

Director of the Investment Business Department, Bank “Otkririe”

Born 3 August 1980 in Moscow.
Mrю Tserazov holds two university degrees. He received his master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Université Paris V (René Descartes). He also graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in International Economy.
He launched his professional career as a convertible bonds trader at BNP Paribas. He took an active part in the process of integrating the Department of Operations on Financial Markets of Sberbank.
For eight years, from 2004 to 2012, he worked at Troika Dialog, where he developed a reputation on the investment market.
From 2004 to 2006, he was a consultant in the Fixed Income Securities Trading Department.
In 2006–2009, he became the head of the Fixed Income Securities Trading Department of the Trading Operations Unit.
In 2009–2011, he was in charge of the Debt Securities Sales and Derivative Transactions Department in the foreign exchange and money markets of the Global Markets Unit. Then he served as Managing Director, Deputy Head of the Global Markets Unit at Troika Dialog Investment Company.
In 2013, he joined the Otkritie Capital as Managing Director and Advisor to the Executive Director. Later he led the Fixed Income Instruments, Currency and Commodities group.
Then he moved on to Senior Vice President office of FC Otkritie. Simultaneously, he served as Director of the Fixed Income Instruments Department.
In February–May 2015, he held the office of deputy head of the FC Otkritie Investment Unit.
Since June 2015, he heads the Investment Unit. He was a Board member of the banking group and the Board of Directors of Otkritie Capital IC.
In 2017, he was appointed Director of the Investment Business Department of the corporate and investment unit of Otkritie Bank. He seamlessly joined a new team of the Otkritie Bank, where his multi-faceted experience and reputation in the Russian investment market are in high demand.
