Stanislav Pavlunin graduated from the Krasnodar General S. Shtemenko Military Institute specializing in Organization and Technology of Information Protection. He launched his career at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Then he moved on to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and then Troika Dialog Bank, where he promoted from an assistant to the head of the security department. From 2012 to 2018, Mr Pavlunin served as Vice President, Director of Security at Tinkoff Bank, and was in charge of information, cyber, corporate and physical security, and countering insurance fraud. In May 2018, Stanislav Pavlunin joined the Pochta Bank team. He is in charge of security, including information security and fraud monitoring.
As Vice President, he oversees the bank’s cyber security and fraud monitoring, as well as economic security, the physical and technical security of the bank’s facilities.
