Larisa Pavlova

Born on 9 July 1964
In 1995 she graduated from the All-Russian Distance Learning Institute of Finance and Economics, specializing in Economy.
In total, she has been with the Bank of Russia for 36 years.

Professional Experience

Since 1983 she served in different capacities in the Omsk branch of the State Bank. She worked in the Department of Economic Analysis, the Department of Credit Resources and Economic Analysis, headed the Payment Systems and Settlements Department, the Bank Supervisory Department, and as a Deputy Head of the Main Branch of the Bank of Russia for the Omsk Region.

2008–2014 – Head of the Main Branch of the Bank of Russia for the Omsk Region.

On 28 January 2015, she was appointed Head of the Volga-Vyatka Main Branch of the Bank of Russia.

Received honorary diplomas of the President of the Russian Federation for achievements in the development and improvement of the banking system (2017), the Government of the Omsk Region for excellent long-term service, great results in the development and growth of the banking system of the Omsk Region, an honorary diploma of the Bank of Russia for many years of dedicated work in the Bank of Russia, the honorary title ‘Excellent Bank Worker’ for outstanding achievements in banking and exceptional services to the Bank of Russia.
