Vadim Khrapun

Mr. Khrapoun has been working for PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1994 when he started his professional career in the audit practice. After 4 years Vadim has been sent for a secondment to PwC Transaction Services practice in London. Upon returning to Moscow Vadim has been focusing on corporate finance services including a broad range of consulting services, financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, financial budgeting & planning, financial modeling, finance raiding (equity and debt), business and assets valuations and also accessing capital markets for domestic and international companies.
In 2008 Vadim went to Kazakhstan to lead the PwC Eurasia Advisory practice where he was responsible for developing business and rending a broad range of consulting services. Upon his return to Moscow in 2011 Vadim had been PwC Russia Markets leader responsible for work with the largest and strategic clients, had lead PwC Russia Advisory practice and is currently responsible for rendering consulting services to the clients in the financial services industry.
Vadim has graduated form the Moscow State University, is a certified appraiser, member of the Russian Society of Appraisers and an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). In addition, Vadim is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and also has a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the London Business School.
Vadim’s key clients in the financial services industry include VTB Group , Sberbank of Russia, Central Bank of Russia, Otkritie Group, DOM.RF, Gazprombank, Bank Trust, Pochta Bank, Alfa Bank, Alfa bank, Bank Vozrozhdenie, VSK, VTB Insurance, Tsesnabank, International Bank of Azerbaijan and others.
