Konstantin Ugryumov

Born on 12 May 1957 in Novosibirsk.
1974–1994, USSR Armed Forces service in various capacities.
In 1990, graduated from the Military Pedagogical Department of the Lenin Military Academy specializing in Philosophical Education. Retired Colonel.
1994–2002, Head of the Investment Department, Deputy Executive Director of the Non-State Pension Fund LUKOIL-GARANT.
2002–2003, President of the Non-State ‘First Pension Fund’.
In 2003, he graduated from Moscow Advanced Law Institute with a degree in legal studies.
In February 2004 he defended his Ph.D. thesis in Economics entitled ‘Organization and economics of the non-state pension funds operational excellence in a market economy’.
2005–2008, President of the Non-State Pension Fund ‘Pension Capital’.
In June 2006, elected Council Chairman of the Self-Regulatory Organization ‘National Association of Non-State Pension Funds’ and served in this capacity until 2016.
In September 2008, elected President of the Self-Regulatory Organization ‘National Association of Non-State Pension Funds’.
Board Member of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on the development of pension systems and social insurance.
Member of the Russian tripartite commission for the regulation of social and labour relations.
Member of the Working Group on the development of the pension system and the investment of pension savings under the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market.
Committee Member for the Market of Collective Investments of the Moscow Exchange.
Member of the Interdepartmental Working Group under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
Member of the Financial Market Council.
Awarded the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky; 4 medals.
