Since 2010, Ekaterina Golub was a Project Coordinator at the Forum Analytical Centre. Forum is the centre of financial markets analysis and development. Ekaterina Golub coordinates the collaboration between market participants and the expert community with financial market regulators. She organized support for the working group on the establishment of an international financial centre in the Russian Federation. She participates in the development of financial market draft laws and regulations. In 2004–2008 – Advisor to the Centre for Stock Market Development under the Federal Service for Financial Markets. In 1997–2004 – Worked at the Bank of Russia. In 1997, graduated from the School of Law of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
